RCMTH is established according to NTHU Research Establishment Guidelines, as a member of the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) in National Tsing Hua University.

RCMTH integrates Music, Technology, and Health & Social Care into multidisciplinary research encompassing Music Education, Music Technology, Clinical Medicine, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Healthcare Management. Our three primary areas of focus are "Music and Health", "Music and Technology", and "Music and Health Technology". This initiative is dedicated to enhancing quality of life, promoting personal wellbeing, and fostering psychological and spiritual fitness in contemporary society through interdisciplinary integration.
